How to Register for
TGHA:
1.
Review the descriptions of the programs, Teams to determine which team you would like to
register for. Newcomers who are seeking information about TGHA are being
directed to contact Karen at TGHA0708@yahoo.com
or 607-539-6920.
2. Review the Players and Parents Page, Go now
3. If you intend to
tryout for a select team. Review the TGHA Guidelines for Selection of Tournament-Bound Teams.
4. Register on-line with USA Hockey
before you come to Team Formation or to Registration and bring a printed copy of your registration confirmation. All
returning players, coaches, and newcomers must be registered with USAHockey prior to going on the ice. Cost is $33 to
USAH if over age 6. See USA Hockey website for instructions:
www.usahockeyregistration.com. A parent/guardian must complete the
registration for girls who are under age 18. TGHA will reimburse
coaches for their USAH registration (and for training expenses).
If you do not have internet access or need to make
arrangements for a form of payment to USAH other than credit/debit card,
please contact TGHA

5. Fill out the following forms (please be complete and print
legibly!):
6. If you are coming to TGHA from another association, you need to bring
your official release paperwork from your previous association.
7. Payment will be collected at the time of
registration as follows (see season fee information below; checks to TGHA;
we are unable to process credit card payments):
Full fees are payable in 1 check or 2 checks, each for ½
the season fee amount, at the time of registration, the first check with the
current date and the second check dated no later than Dec. 31, 2007.
Scholarships are available. Contact Cathy Long,
cel3@cornell.edu, 257-4005, for more information. Participants applying for
scholarships are not expected to pay the program fee prior to getting on the
ice, however, they must register with USA Hockey and complete all forms.
2007-08 Season Program Fees
Initiation $210
(Full= twice a week from Oct. 29-March 6)
$135 (Half Season or Half Time)
$75 (Half Season and Half Time)
House $375
Recreation

13U NTB $875
14U TB $975
16U TB $975
19U NTB $875
14U and 16U have two practices per week and 20 home games.
13U has two practices per week and 15 home games.
Each team has one tournament fee covered by registration fees.
(19U NTB players will be participating in the majority of
the 16/19U game schedule as well as all practices).
Initiation, House, and Recreation have two weekend times per
season; Recreation practices once weekly but the fee is higher than the twice
weekly Initiation and House since it is anticipated that there will be fewer
girls on the ice and there will be a team environment.
